- Looking after the agent/sales support piece. Handling the team of customer support executives and customer support manager.
- Ensure TAT s are being followed
- Ensure Seamless call functioning and correct resolution
- Defining process flow
- Responsible for monitoring team performance through timely feedbacks.
- Monitoring Transactions
- Effective Query Resolution Management
4- 10 years of experience in Payment Solution. Preferred candidates will be from FINTECH companies.
- Knowledge of Basic SQL
