Reporting to founders directly.

Roles and responsibilities : 

The key tenet that will drive the work that you and your small team will do is a happy and satisfied customer, through proactive customer engagement. Following are areas where you will contribute:

1. Customer on boarding: Define and establish a framework that helps your team understand what uniquely makes each one of our new customers successful, that can be used to onboard and train customers appropriately. Helping customers realise value from our technology as early as possible will be the key goal here.

2. Increased adoption: Define and establish processes and systems that enable us to understand and increase the levels adoption of our technology for each one of our customers.

3. Customer support: Define and establish processes and systems to handle customer requests and escalations. Deal personally with difficult customer situations and issues. Collaborate with other functions if needed to identify, prioritize and resolve customer issues within the established SLAs.

4. Customer advocacy: Nurture customers for advocacy. Working with them for testimonials, communicating value of our new releases to them, routinely seeking feedback and communicating that cross departmentally will be the expectation.

5. Cross functional collaboration: Establish strong integration of your team with other functions such as sales, engineering, product management at all times in order to accomplish desirable outcomes.

Qualifications

1. Engineering background from a reputable institute. MBA is preferred.

2. 4-6 years of hands on customer success experience, including customer satisfaction, adoption and retention

3. Familiarity in working with clients of all sizes, preferably in startup or fast growing set up.

4. Strong sense of customer empathy. Needs to be passionate to help and serve customers; their win is our win

5. Self-starter and driven; no one needs to push you; it's who you are

6. Detail oriented and analytical
