This is regarding opening with a Leading Financial Company as a Head of Customer Servicing and Engagement

Designation: Head of Customer Servicing and Engagement

Experience: 12+ years of work experience in Customer Servicing in Servicing industry

Industry Preference: service Industry only

Level : Senior Management

Age: Should not be more than 44 years

NOTE: . Experience in basic financial analysis (cost-effectiveness, cost-benefit etc.)

and call center equipment/software programs

Location: Mumbai (Central Line)

Job role:

1. Oversee the customer service process in order to meet quantitative and qualitative goals.

2. Compile and analyse statistics on customer contact projects (Business targets, costs, customer service metrics etc.)

3. Develop and implement a comprehensive customer engagement plan.

4. Keep track of your productivity and compare it to industry benchmarks.

5. Provide suggestions for improvement.
