- To manage Inbound, Outbound, and operations
- To manage the Product and Sales teams to drive productivity and Conversion using the Call Center.
- Drive lead conversions through the call center and branch operations
- Identify process gaps for enhanced customer experience and increased productivity.
- Liaise with internal stake holders like Audit & Compliance, IT, Product and Brand marketing team to ensure seamless operations.
