What we want :

- Customer Service Manager

- We are looking for a leader who could head the Customer Service catering to both Large and SME segment.

- A strong understanding of cloud services would be an added advantage, especially in the Southern Market .

Role :

- Develop positive Customer Experience

- Build & Expand marketing plans along with the stakeholders

- Be responsible for revenues

- Mentor and build teams

- Enhance the systems and processes for better customer success

- Engage with existing clients
