Role Summary -

- The role is responsible for planning and executing service strategies across the customer lifecycle.

- The position is required to drive service excellence throughout the customer journey, and facilitate continuous improvement based on data analysis, interpretation of customer feedback, and business trends. This role acts as a key contributor to customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategize the service delivery and customer experience management in line with the organizational objectives.

- Manage customer loyalty program and drive customer engagement initiatives.

- Design and manage communications strategy focused on developing and retaining customers and promoting a customer-centric approach amongst internal stakeholders.

- Manage the overall customer service strategy across regions including the Customer Loyalty Program to enrich customer experience and drive positive customer behavior.

- Competitive benchmarking of service standards to understand trends in the market and competition offerings
