Duties & Responsibilities: -
- Play a pivotal role to build a mechanism/team that serves as first point of contact for all homeowners for check-in, check-out, concierge needs, etc
- Collate a centralized database of all the queries/complaints/concerns received from homeowners and ensure they are attended to by internal teams
