I am handling an assignment with leading Consumer Driven Industry for the role of Head Customer Relationship

Minimum 14 to 18 Years experience post MBA from Premier B Schools is must.

Strong experience in Data Analytics, Strategic Marketing, CRM Campaigns, Customer Segmentation

Drive user acquisition, create strategic marketing programs, and build market awareness.

Customer Data Synchronization

Collate data of around more than lakhs existing and past customers & provide data to the Data Analytics team

Prepare Business Intelligence driven CRM platform in Oracle / Nucleus

Work closely with Internal Marketing Groups, Branch Networks, Executive Management, and Technology organizations to deliver world-class customer focused personalized communication programs.
