Job Description - Senior Customer Marketing / Btl Manager
- Senior Customer Marketing / BTL Manager will work with the Customer Marketing / BTL Lead and essentially devote his time in planning & execution of BTL (Below the Line) programs, marketing campaigns, activations, exhibitions and events in line with consumer marketing laid brand guidelines & for achieving set business objectives.
- Senior Customer Marketing Manager will follow the Marketing Calendar and work within the budgets agreed for the FY to drive consumer/customer/influencer engagements viz. Marketing Campaigns, Exhibitions, Seminars, Summits, Conferences, conventions etc. for driving engagement & world class experience.
- On-ground Hand-on Executor with proven skills of planning & managing BTL programs / exhibitions / events / activations: The incumbent for this role should have good 8+ years of experience of handling multiple BTL programs / Marketing Campaigns / Exhibitions / on ground activations across different markets, working with internal cross functional organization teams and handling external agencies smoothly.
- Result oriented without compromising on basic tenets: The incumbent should be result oriented, high on deliveries within TAT, without compromising on Premiumness, Brand Promise & work quality.
- BTL related in-depth work knowledge: In depth knowledge & understanding of different fabrication, GSB, NLB, ISB & related materials, Flex, Frames, specs, price & cost etc. is given. The incumbent should be a go getter, positive and proactive in approach while having sensibility in understanding the ground level issues / concern and be able to resolve it in the best possible manner thereon.
- Exposure & expertise in handling the VUCA world: Person should be comfortable to work in ambiguity and should have strong PR skills. Person should be strong in Project Management, MIS and Data management & should be able to convert it into meaningful information for analysis, which will help take informed, logical & rational decisions / way forward corrections.
- Interpersonal skills, Collaboration & Negotiation: The role demands people management, working thru' & beyond lines of reporting & helping the Business deliver world class engagement & on ground experience. Negotiations with the agencies for driving VFM without compromising on the output quality & TAT is essential.
- Agency Management: Agencies are treated as extended teams for Marketing function. The candidate is expected to keep them motivated and organised at all times / situations.
Qualification & Essential Attributes :
- Master's degree in marketing, communications (MBA or equivalent) or related field from Tier A College / institute of repute.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience with at least 2 years in managerial/supervisory position.
- Proven ability to plan and execute successful marketing campaigns, on ground BTL programs, exhibitions etc. that drive business results.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire execution / on ground teams.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and information clearly and effectively.
- Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, and visual composition.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
