- Tansforming the current customer experience processes
- Developing a new process to deliver unparalleled customer experience.
- Moving beyond the traditional way of customer service.
- Working actively with operations and training team and building processes and culture at various to maximise the customer experience at the first instance itself,
Profile :
- 2-3 Years of work experience
- Candidates coming from a consulting background or having transformed costumer experience in own organisation is a plus
- Ability to build and sustain large teams
