- Head the Customer Experience team of a leading Bank
- Work directly with the top leadership (CEO and COO) to drive customer experience
- Manage the customer experience for B2B as well as B2C business
- Manage the customer experience teams at PAN India level (individual teams in state)
- Manage the regulatory framework for customer experience
- Lead call centres, Social Media Ops
- Lead a team of Product Managers for Customer experience
Profile :
- 12-18 years of experience in Customer experience in a leading Bank / Tech based ecosystem
- Strong presentation skills
- Exemplary leadership skills
- Experience of managing large teams
