Key Responsibilities :
To Analyze the data collected from marketing managers around market conditions, customers, competitor trends and many such things to finalize the Marketing strategy aligning with business goals and so to implement customer engagement strategies and to measure the progress of revenue generation and adjusting the strategy as necessary.
Responsibilities
- Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
- Competitor research.
- Set, monitor and report on team goals
- Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies
- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
- Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
- Reviewing all sales and marketing procedures and making sure that best practice is being applied in all areas of the business
- Competitor research.
- Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives
- Evaluating and developing our marketing strategy and marketing plan.
- Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts.
- Communicating the marketing plan.
- Researching demand for our products and services.
- Identifying potential customers.
- Developing promotions with advertising managers.
- Understanding and developing budgets and finance, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
- Compiling lists describing our offerings.
- Developing and managing advertising campaigns.
- Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.
- Coordinating marketing projects from start to finish.
