Position- Head of Customer Care Department Level: General Manager Level Posting : Kolkata Head Quarters Reports to : Director Education: Graduate in Commerce / MBA preferred Desired Profile - A Leader - should be able to effectively lead a team of Customer Care (at various levels) and Helpdesk Team. - Plan &amp; Drive the collections for the organization's Kolkata Projects. - Excellent Inter-personal and communication skills - Customer Service oriented Desired Experience 12-15 years of experience in Post Sales, with at least 10-12 years directly in a real estate developer house. Other Requirements Hands-on working on a real estate ERP software is a must and will be preferred Key Areas of Work: - Plan and propose monthly collection forecasts and ensure that the same is achieved on a regular basis - Ensure that the team coordinates with the sales &amp; legal teams to ensure timely execution of FSA's (Flat Sales Agreement) and Deed of Conveyances - Liaise with Engineering &amp; Facilities- teams to ensure smooth and timely handover of flats to the customers - Supervise &amp; ensure timely resolution of all issues/queries of customers - Supervise all Helpdesk tickets, to ensure all tickets are resolved within the desired TAT (Turn Around Time) - Ensure Customer Satisfaction - collect customer testimonials from time-to-time and referrals - Supervise and ensure that all customer documentation is maintained seamlessly on the ERP system - Monitor and ensure regular &amp; timely MIS reports are sent to the management - Plan and execute various schemes from time-to-time, to increase collections for the organization - Keep the team motivated and ensure a high level of performance and output
