Duties & Responsibilities : - Working closely with the Service Management, Sales teams, and Marketing, develop a growth plan that drives success - Define and partner with other departments to implement programs including customer advisory boards, customer references, running a digital advocacy platform, service management marketing - Lead the creation of marketing material: collateral, sales presentations, propositions for services - Manage a team - Be the expert on how our programs are doing at driving successful business outcomes - Facilitate data-driven improvements and implement the results cross-functionally Experience : - 12+ years of software / technology marketing experience - Experienced Marketer with customer advocacy experience - Proven experience working in cross-functional teams, creating success and instilling best practices - BS/BA in Marketing, or related field required; MBA preferred Personable - You are seen as outgoing, relationship focused, positive, energetic, and exude a strong sense of teamwork by working effectively, respectfully, and efficiently with all team members. Business Savvy - You possess a high degree of business and marketing acumen, and are extremely analytical with strong problem-solving abilities Strategist - You have perspective and can see and discuss multiple aspects and impacts of issues and project them into the future, recognize what can/should be done now to affect future performance, and see and understand the challenges between the current and the ideal situation.
