- Lead, support and manage the achievement of the annual fundraising plan

- Responsible for developing and maintaining long-term strategic partnerships and monitor donor/CSR on-boarding, retention and engagement.

- Engage with various stake holders like: government agencies, international and national donors (trusts, foundations, corporates and HNIs) supporting SDG & Diversity sector programs in India

- Explore and establish a diversified funding source portfolio like Foundations, Corporates and Developmental agencies.

- Manage and execute communications strategy to build awareness and brand recognition of organizations mission, program approaches, achievements.

- Manage and execute communications functions including media and campaigns, publishing, web,public affairs and events, external communications etc

- Project management of strategic projects for the Collaborative and Foundation
