We are hiring Head CSR for India's leading Natural Resources Group based in Chitradurga, Karnataka.

Name of the role - Head CSR

Educational qualification - MSW/Graduation in any discipline

Work exp required (In years) - 10-15 Years

Roles & responsibilities (In Brief) -

- Maximizing value creation of stakeholders by effective community management and securing social license to operate.

- Identify needs and key project areas contributing to community development.

- Develop and implement CSR strategy aligned with business objectives and benefiting community development sustainably.

- Unleash a comprehensive CSR strategy for crucial positioning business as an inclusive organization.

- Dealing and resolving community grievance in timely and considerate way.

- Ensure continuous communication with community and garnering their support and active participation in developmental work for better sustainability of the projects.

- Leveraging technology and analytics to understand, monitor and measure the progress and impact of initiatives.
