We have been mandated for the below mentioned position by a large global conglomerate into Mining Business.

Reporting to: Business Head Coal Mines

Purpose of the job: Developing and executing CSR programs as well as conducting periodic program reviews to assess outcomes and effectiveness. Acting as the focal point for the Company's CSR initiatives in geography and building relationships with community partners and key stakeholders.

Job Description:

- Documentation on Rehabilitation and Resettlement activities of the Industries, CSR initiatives execution in corporate sustainability frame work.

- Build relationships with partner organizations, and then implement and coordinate a range of activities and initiatives, which are designed to have a positive impact on the environment and local communities.

- Administer and manage the affairs of CSR vertical and work towards strengthening the capacity of individuals or groups across all units in the organization's, CSR division.

- Develop ideas, policies and create detailed plans for innovative and robust CSR interventions.

- Preparing Project Proposals for Community Engagement, Health, Education, Livelihood, Women Empowerment, Community Plantation for peripheral/Project Affected Villages of the Companies working in the field of mine sector.

- Act as an internal and external representative for the company's CSR policies and projects.

- Review and monitor human resource deployment of CSR units across the location..

- Preparation of Award documents and presentations in connection with Community Development Initiatives as a part of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), editing and publishing of CSR magazines.

- Administer and manage the affairs of CSR vertical and work towards strengthening the capacity of individuals or groups across all units in the organization's, CSR division..
