Job Description :
- Research the potential client base and plan and deliver engaging approaches to them to secure new business.
- Keep the CSR strategy and programs under review and adapt as appropriate to stay aligned with business objectives.
- Work with the Marketing team to leverage online platforms including social media for building new business opportunities
- Create communication collaterals for market penetration
- Provide excellent account management to all existing clients using personalized communication tools
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the organization to maximize the current client base.
- Manage and retain relationships with existing clients under the CSR vertical.
- Report successes and improvement areas
- Conduct CSR programs, write proposals and create SOPs and other details according to the needs of the client.
- Draft and review contracts
