- As Head of Digital you will be responsible for driving a culture of Digital first datadriven Deliver on planned insurance & cross sell sales volume penetration monthon month across all existing channels of the company
- Planning & execution of campaigns for lead generation, sales, policy density across all available products of the company
- Liaise with the Sales Leadership, various teams across channels & hierarchy,Analytics team and Tele Sales team to evangelize and drive towards deliveringtargeted sales and other key metrics
- Lead benchmarking industry best practices for products, campaigns, newopportunities, process and communication
- Drive sales engagement for mindshare for optimum policy sales, penetration and persistency
- Devise and implement statistical models on predictive modelling, performance optimization and AI
- Partner with analytics, products, Customer Service and other core teams to drive performance for key metrices for the organization
- Lead data enriching initiatives to strengthen data for existing customers
- Devise, create and implement a 1-fit-Lead-Management-System across all channels
- Execute, drive ROI and monitor measures of success through analytics through performance marketing campaigns for existing customers
