Job Description :
- Carry out substantive business development work to secure new leads, proposals and pitches to add to the overall leasing deals done by the team
- Ensure accurate inputs for finalisation of lease agreements and completion of lease documentation for closures and renewals/expansion in respect to the Client's office space requirements
Client Details :
- Knowledge of commercial real estate dynamics and co working industry Experience of dealing with corporate, IPCs and executing leasing transactions
- Experience of acquiring properties suitable for co working/ managed spaces brands.
- Team management skill, ensuring the team's performance is in line with business objectives
- Well versed with Commercial Leasing, RFPs, Business Planning, Lease Structuring & Admin & Sales Presentations
- Update business head about Client status, new enquiries on daily basis IPC & Brokers Co-ordination on daily basis for Client enquiries, Offers, RFP process and Visits
- Client Management Skills ; Capable of pitching to and working alongside Senior Leadership
Job Offer :
- Coordinate with Clients / IPCs / Internal teams on review & finalising the Legal documents/Lease Tracking of existing leases (in case there is any renewal), rent payment follow through etc
