The company's operations are managed on a world-class collaborative business solution - SAP. The Brand exhibits an exhaustive portfolio of 20+ product categories ranging from mobile handsets, mobile accessories, multimedia speakers, LED TVs, washing machines, refrigerators, and wearable.

Responsibility:

- Development & execution of Consumer Lifecycle Management, CRM & consumer engagement strategy

- Strategic and tactical use of digital & mobile platforms to drive usage, loyalty and engagement

- P&L responsibility for upgrade and cross-sell campaigns for all business verticals

- Development, execution, and continuous refinement of Consumer Lifecycle Management, CRM and Consumer Engagement

- Focuses on the loyalty and retention marketing strategies

- Oversees and coordinates the implementation of CRM campaign management tools

- Oversees direct communications with consumers and plays a leading role in deciding on the CRM platforms and structures

- Work closely with the IT department in an effort to better understand all CRM feeds and data flowing in and out of CRM program management tools

- Work with third-party vendors in order to improve consumer communications and remarketing campaigns

- Takes initiative in directly reaching out to consumers in an effort to gather feedback and ensure that the business's consumer relations programs are effective
