Head - Credit/Underwriting - Digital Business

Responsibilities:

- Development of Co-Lending Policy framework between Loans and other Banks to leverage on the opportunity provided by RBI in co-lending space.

- Work with internal IT teams to create friction less client journey's needed by our partners while leveraging our internal capabilities.

- Managing a skilled team of Credit Policy, Underwriting & Information Technology personnel in development of Digital Journey for Digital / Co Lending Segment.

- Managing portfolio performance, Analyzing potential risks and initiating preventive measures for overcoming the same.

- Involve in Policy & Process Development and its implementation.

- Responsible for executing strategic functions towards cost control measures & Audit process checks.

- Collaborate with Cross -functional teams to ensure smooth execution of Digital Loan Journey.
