Head - Credit - Tractor Loan - Banking (10-15 yrs)
1. Drafting Credit and Risk policies.
2. Product development in financing.
3. Retail Risk underwriting & portfolio risk management.
4. Responsible for credit appraisal and underwriting loan files by analyzing credit data and financial statements to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit to people belonging to different areas with diverse profiles.
5. Evaluate the financials of dealers for funding inventory.
6. Responsible for regular market visits and also responsible for Working Capital finance to dealers.
7. Responsible for evaluating customer records, generating financial ratios, and conducting TVR and FRC to evaluate customers- credibility and repaying capacity.
8. Evaluate proposals, prepare CAM apply deviations if required, and escalate proposals as per deviation and delegation authority.
9. Also evaluating the financials of files for loans and preparing Credit Appraisal Memo.
10. Updating cross functional teams regarding queries raised and guiding them in timely disposal of same.
