- Responsible for development of credit & risk management strategies for ensuring sustainable business growth & healthy portfolio for Small business banking based on scorecard model underwriting & robust portfolio behavior monitoring.
- Handling Underwriting for Small Business Banking and SCF - Wheels.
- Manpower planning for entire small business banking and Manage Hiring, Training & Monitoring performance of Direct Reporting Team across SBB, SCF & Central Office Team.
