- Responsible for development of credit & risk management strategies for ensuring sustainable business growth & healthy portfolio for Small business banking based on scorecard model underwriting & robust portfolio behavior monitoring.

- Handling Underwriting for Small Business Banking and SCF - Wheels.

- Manpower planning for entire small business banking and Manage Hiring, Training & Monitoring performance of Direct Reporting Team across SBB, SCF & Central Office Team.

- Responsible for development of credit & risk management strategies for ensuring sustainable business growth & healthy portfolio.

- Driving the key strategy of insights from data analysis based on early warning signals, delinquency dashboards enable key lending decisions and optimization.

- Ensuring the right mix of portfolio size and quality, proper credit underwriting in order to control delinquencies and losses.

- Driving key Deliverables on Turnaround time & Approval rates across products.

- Engaging in development, implementation, and review and monitoring of local credit policies, scorecard based decision process, & process basis portfolio behavior.

- Responsible for managing Audit (both regulatory and internal.

- Ensuring Compliance of regulatory compliances and internal policies/internal guidelines in underwriting process.

- People & team recruitment, development through continuous training programs, ensuring a solid risk management culture.
