Designation: Head of Credit and Risk - Unsecured Products
Experience : 9+ years of work experience in Credit and Risk management with PL/ BL / Unsecured loans.
Job Location: Mumbai
Job Role :
- Creating and implementing a framework for managing credit risk that is used to identify, quantify, track, and manage credit risk across the organisation.
- Creating and implementing credit guidelines that strike a balance between on- and off-book risk;
- While allowing the business to accomplish its strategic goals, reward. ensuring a great client experience while supervising the underwriting process to determine the creditworthiness of potential borrowers.
- Managing the company's loan portfolio, which includes coming up with solutions for defaults and delinquencies.
- Providing senior management and the board with regular reports on the state of the company's credit risk management initiatives, developing risks, and suggested countermeasures.
