This is regarding opening with a Non banking Financial Company as a Credit Risk Head

Designation : Credit Risk Head

Experience : 10+ years of work experience in Credit risk Management

Industry : BFSI

Location : Mumbai

Job Role :

- Evaluate deals across the capital structure (Equity, Structured debt) in real estate and corporate lending sectors

- Conduct portfolio analysis for the entire portfolio taking into account diversification across various sectors, assets and sub-asset groups

- Provide strategic inputs on Portfolio treatment (eg: product/geography wise exposure management etc.)

- Interact with internal stake holders (deal team, asset monitoring, senior management) and external stake holders (due diligence teams, promoters etc.) to get requisite data for analysis

- Develop and enhance proprietary in-house models for credit appraisal across sectors

- Define broader risk thresholds and framework depending on type of investment (equity, structured debt, CF) and rating of borrower

- Present independent view on deals to senior management, external co-investment partner and committee of independent Experts/Directors
