Currently hiring for Head Credit & Risk role for a NBFC

Base location: Mumbai

Products to be handled: Housing Finance

Reporting to: CEO

Tentative JD

- To design sound credit policies for Housing finance.

- To design efficient, parameterized & automated credit-process to implement these credit policies cost-effectively, ensuring superior TATs.

- To ensure compliant credit-appraisal and risk-assessment of all proposals being underwritten, within competitive TAT

- To support business-development team in ensuring clean portfolio growth, by building suitable mitigants.

- To support management in efficiently controlling the portfolio through necessary MIS, monitoring, analytics, newsletter & reviews etc.

- To lead a team of zonal/ regional/ branch Credit underwriters.
