Head - Credit Risk - Corporate Banking

Looking for Corporate Banking - SME / Mid Corporates Credit Risk, MNC Fin tech Organisation, Mumbai/Pune Location

Profficient in Fundamental credit analysis, understanding of business drivers, cashflows, sponsor quality and risk mitigation tools. Should be able to think through the areas of risk and structuring mitigations at scale, without depending upon ratings etc.

Credit Approval of deals as per authorized limits and given TAT,recommends and forwards to appropriate authority in case of higher limit / deviation/deferral.

- Enforcement and adherence of the company credit policy.

- Review and approval of credit files as per policy

- To use Credit analysis techniques, which highlight all significant Risks in relation to a lending proposition, for evaluation and recommendation of the proposals.

- Review annually the Credit programs/ approaches, target market and all processes.

Prepare credit assessment reports and present recommendation

- Candidate handling Credit Risk function for the Corporate with Turnover more than 100Cr with domestic market experience from Banks .

Looking for 10 - 12 years of experience in credit of SME/Mid Corporate clients

- Sound understanding of cross industry dynamics

- Sound Analytical skills & great interpersonal skills
