- Devising risk policies, managing risks and implementing effective mechanisms to mitigate them.
- Managing the entire portfolio by taking the appropriate changes in sourcing through policy amendments.
- Framing guidelines for risk and checking segmentation of cases & briefing risk about dangerous segment of sourcing.
- Scanning documents to avoid frauds and skips by minimizing the losses & implementing recovery strategies in case of payment defaults.
- Modification in credit policy in coordination with respective product team, risk dept and management committee.
- Setting up of early warning signals (EWS) for various products & timely corrective actions to maintain quality of the portfolio.
