Head - Credit Policy & Analytics - FinTech (8-18 yrs)

Credit Policy and Analytics :

- Responsible for developing credit policy

- Conformance testing, i.e. adequacy of controls, soundness of credit granting and administration process,

- Ensure all credit policies are standardized, maintained up to date and communicated to the entire team

- Create the right mix of internal control to ensure risk is minimized at all stages of the disbursal life-cycle & repayments

- Constantly appraise the loan portfolio to understand the performance of loans across products, duration, industry and geography. Recommend the right portfolio mix.

- Explore and implement industry best practice reporting processes by making use of academic research, international institutes and consultants.

- Experience in making Loan to Disbursement, in particular the Credit Underwriting work flow be driven by digital, technology and analytics

- Support the development of industry best practice and the focus on strategic matters, by providing insight into initiative, e.g. research projects to cater for any sensitivities.

- Should have understanding of developing analytics and data driven, demographical selection criteria

- The ability to motivate and lead a team of analytics, analyst and developer profiles to have credit score cards and proprietary credit behavior predictive models developed

Regulatory & Legal :

- Establish and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies including RBI, CIBIL to ensure the MCA product has high visibility along with formulating new scoring methodologies.

- Work with various regulatory bodies, agencies and card processors to create India's first - black list for merchant cash advances

- Thorough understanding of the legal process of India to utilize the ideal choice of law clauses in-case of default along with fast tracking of cases
