Credit Operation Head - NBFC Company - Delhi NCR

Job Description (Purpose):

1. Managing the Disbursement process post credit approval & commercial-Sales approval of various products

2. Monitoring and managing variance if any through the process of disbursement amidst the SOPs, Policies, Actual disbursement and taking necessary call consider / not consider case for final disbursement and initiate necessary action to ensure risk cover of capital involved.

3. Margin call tracking and calling intimation to client as well as to Business and Management.

3. Managing & stock release tracking request as per Client / Business team request

4. Tracking and MIS management of the demand and collection of EMI of Loan disbursed to client and business team

5. Interest calculation report on monthly basis for CBF segment & FPO segment generation from system, circulation to client as well as to business team.

6. Managing the loan management system including repayments and Interest received on monthly basis (from client) in system

7. Miscellaneous MIS preparation on daily / weekly / fortnightly / monthly as per policy and as per requirement and circulation to Management.

8. Maturity Tracker preparation and circulation to Management

9. VAR / Overall Risk report preparation and circulation to Management.

10. Daily / Weekly mandi & Online price updation in ECBF system for CBF product.

11. Data to be provided to credit team for updating in CIBIL/other CICs on monthly basis

12. Various Data to be provided to different department for Audit as per requirement.

13. Overdue MIS preparation and circulation to management on weekly basis as well as informing to client.

14. Management of preparation of loan kits and cross verifying the executed loan kits

15. Establishment of login desk Software logins ( LOS-File Movement ) & file movement vide credit, ops and relationship teams .

16. Post disbursal Files maintenance management /FRFC/storage management

17.Stationery Management

18. DSA code /onboarding management

19. Security UDC and Security FD managements & processes .

20. Keys Management across departments

21. Charge creation and management of information being supplied to ROC/MCA/RBI .

22. Help Desk and customer service desk management
