Head - Credit - FinTech (8-14 yrs)

- Managing the credit risk function relating to all types of lending.

- Ensuring that credit facilities and loans are granted within the RBI regulations and Co's credit policies.

- Responsible for overall adequacy and effectiveness of the credit risk management techniques/process.

- End to end review of the Credit & Operation process and provide insights on overall process for delivering strict turnaround time.

- Proficiency in financial analysis to gauge credit worthiness including interpretations of key ratios and analysis of cash flow statement.

- Involved in designing and implementing credit policies and control mechanisms to review credit deviations and take corrective actions and ensure timely reporting to

- Underwriting / Risk in the event of any deviations or non-compliance.

- Ensuring that Credit Risk Dept. adheres to policies and procedures as per the Credit Policy.

- Ensuring that credit facilities approved are permitted in compliance with the terms of sanction and with current credit policy.

- Coordinating with external and RBI auditors reviewing credit facilities.

- Establishing goals and objectives for his/her direct reports in line with Risk function.

- Evaluating staff performance.

- Promoting / coordinating effective cross-training.

- Proficiency in financial analysis to gauge credit worthiness including interpretations of key ratios and analysis of cash flow statement.

- Strategies to devise and target correct/optimal borrower segment.

- Adherence to all regulatory, statutory and corporate compliance standards and audit requirements.

- Ensure adherence with SLAs for high levels of customer service delivery.

- Ensure appropriate Quality Control processes are implemented for assessing performance quality as per benchmarks.

- Interacting with Analytics as well as Technology Departments and highlight corrective actions to ensure dataflow, data-integrations are implemented within control measures and in the most efficient and timely manner.

- Identifying best practices across industry which can be embedded into the system for building quality portfolio .
