- Identify High Risk Factors impacting Process, Policy, RIC, Operations and Collections Policy

- Substantiated High Risk Factors and emerging trends through Long term Data analysis to Process, Policy, RIC and Collections.

- Recommended changes in Policy and Process to PRM, Policy Head and Process Head for implementation.

- Secured time bound plan for implementation of agreed ERM recommendations by various Functional Heads.

- Carry out analyses to study risk dynamics across various products and portfolios - due to external/ internal factors.

- Manage the credit risk assessment mechanism. Manage credit control through determination of Credit Limits, analysis of collection trends, communication with business and channel owners to update them and to mitigate risks.

- Use of Credit Insurance effectively. Administer the Credit Policy and advise on calls for deviation.

- Manage the Credit Team. Set up efficient processes for delivery of credit team objectives.

- Maintain strong connect with partners and key customers.
