Job Description : Opportunity with a Fintech company to build and grow the Credit card team from scratch

Client Details

Our client is a fintech venture based out of Delhi NCR

Description :

- Grow Credit Card vertical pan India, further strengthen the team

- Manage existing relationships with banks and NBFCs and develop new partnerships

- Manage the sales team and liaison with technology, marketing and communication team to grow the business

- Fortify operations for Fulfilment of Credit Card, including document pick up and documentation

- Provide feedback to our tech team to fine tune our customer acquisition algorithm

Profile :

- Deep understanding of the Unsecured Business loans, having minimum 5 years of experience in Business Loan Sales team of a bank or NBFC. Experience in credit card sales is a must

- Solid grip on various credit card products and policies of different banks, and fitment of these products
