Head - Credit Business - Bank (9-14 yrs)
- The incumbent will support deal evaluation, investments, monitoring and facilitating exits for the Fund.
- Should have led deal structuring and evaluation.
- Should help in preparing and presenting the credit memos, pitch documents, etc for Investment Committees.
- Will be responsible for deal execution including coordinating with diligence agencies, legal counsels to ensure investments, etc.
- Will monitoring and track performance of existing investments. Support the Finance and Operations in managing deal-related queries from investors/auditors/regulators.
- Looking for candidates who has experience handling a team of analysts.
- Compliance to SEBI regulations and Fund guidelines and helping prepare periodic regulatory reporting.
