You would also be responsible for building a Data intelligence function for the bureau by focusing analytics led products and services for clients. The candidate should have minimum of 13 yrs from banking industry driving operational excellence, cost optimization, someone who has worked for at least 5 to 7 years in data warehousing, prior experience of setting up BI unit in a Bank would be preferable. You will be Responsible For: - Undertaking the responsibility of handling day on day operations functions of the value-added products of the credit bureau and ensuring the timely delivery of services to clients at an optimal cost - Building a Data intelligence function for the bureau by focusing analytics led products and services for clients - Reporting and Automation with process excellence- Developing new reports for all layers of management with optimal latency and relevant time reporting - Managing a young team of 20-30 individuals constituting of analysts - keeping them motivated to accomplish work in the set timelines - Generating revenue from the consumer direct business and the data intelligence product line - Delivering several strategic and complex automation projects which involved data migration, data mart creation based on complex business logic and deterministic rules - Delivering reports for Bureau for monitoring repayment track record of Banking customers pertaining to various products in the portfolio The Successful Candidate: - A Post graduate with 12+ yrs of work experience in Business Intelligence for BFSI domain. Strong leadership and analytical skill with excellent understanding of business processes. Any certification in Information Security is good to have. - Prior experience of establishing a BI unit or managing a Data warehousing function / reporting function of a bank. Also experience in implementing ISO 27001, Data Leakage Prevention and Six Sigma processes in Bank's BI Unit. - Strong experience in Banking domain involving Analytics, Automation, Quality, Techno functional roles, Big data PMO, Information security, costing practice thereby demonstrating leadership capabilities by managing a large team sizes. - Experience in costing expanding over functionalities such as cost optimization, price fixation and budget allocation - Possess functional knowledge/ expertise in terms of functioning of a Credit bureau and various banking products like Loans, Liabilities and Cards - A leader with good presentation, communication, negotiation skills - Passionate, Aggressive &amp; Go getter attitude with team management experience.
