- Business Development of the vertical with effective leadership, 

- Maintain the profitability and health of the portfolio,

- Achievement of the targets allotted by the management, cross sell of other products,

- Ensuring the collection of dues on the due dates etc.

- Ensuring the customer satisfaction and customer service from the team across the vertical

- Underwriting of business proposals under retail agri and Agri MSME.

- Maintaining the health of the portfolio and delivery of the credit decisions within the TAT, Operations and Collections Etc.

- Managing the Operations of the vertical at a branch and cluster level.
