Own Org's' brand: our design system, tone of voice and new expressions. - Express the brand in our products and spaces: From a tiny credit card to a gargantuan factory, from brand experience center in London to the one in our HQ, you'll own every imaginable canvas for telling Org's' story. - Deliver key business objectives: from new product launches, new markets to always-on digital content, you'll be working closely with key stakeholders to deliver best-in-class performant marketing creatives. - Make 'em fall in love: through social and our own channels, you get to speak directly with our users. An opportunity to establish Org's' design ethos. - Co-define modern Indian design: You'll partner closely with other leaders in Org's to bring the Indian ethos of design to the world. - Never play safe: push the envelope for digital creative design and then, make it real. - Craft, craft, craft: sweat the details and carry the quality through every touchpoint, large and small. - Sketches, designs, scripts, edits: whatever it takes to bring your ideas to life. Roll up those sleeves and get it done. - Think one Org's: every touchpoint should build upon the story crafted in the last one. Just good advertising is not enough! - Partner closely with our UX and hardware design teams to understand the product design ethos and in time, influence the same with the brand ethos. - Mentor and inspire a team of highly talented and hungry designers, writers, film makers, animators, 3D artists (and whoever else it takes!) to raise the bar on quality. - Identify and execute on future opportunities for Org's, through deep partnerships with cross-functional leaders (marketing, business, operations, product, HR.. almost all). - Forge meaningful relationships with these leaders across Org's to evangelise the vision and goals of the Experience Design team.
