Our Client's Investment Banking Coverage team has been forged with extensive sector expertise and deep corporate relationships. The team offers comprehensive and integrated financing solutions & advisory encompassing a high-quality product suite that includes ECM, PE, M&A and Structured Finance
Responsibilities :
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic business initiatives within a renowned investment bank
- Drive the creation and growth of new ventures, capitalizing on emerging market opportunities
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and client relationships to maximize business expansion
- Develop innovative business models and strategies to position our client at the forefront of industry trends
- Drive revenue generation and exceed ambitious growth targets through successful deal closures
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to leverage the bank's existing customers, resources and expertise
- Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to a team of high-performing professionals
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify untapped potential and drive decision-making
- Oversee all aspects of due diligence, negotiations, and documentation for complex business transactions
- Act as a key representative for our client, engaging with key stakeholders and industry influencers
Relevant Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Demonstrated track record in senior leadership roles within the investment banking industry
- Exceptional entrepreneurial mindset and passion for building businesses and driving growth
- Deep understanding of emerging markets, industry trends, and disruptive technologies
- Extensive network of industry leaders, investors, and strategic partners
- Proven ability to develop and execute innovative business strategies with a focus on revenue generation
- Strong financial acumen, including proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and risk analysis
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills, inspiring and motivating high-performance teams
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities

Experience: Ideally, a minimum of 12+ years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on strategic business development and entrepreneurship. Proven track record of successfully building businesses and exceeding growth targets within a reputable investment bank.
Qualification: MBA from a top-tier institution or equivalent experience in strategic business development
