- Plan and lead customized the modelled course design and development activities for Sector, Company and Job Role specific Courses

- Plan and lead training need analysis/identification exercises to identify the skill training requirements w.r.t. Employer/Sector focussed Courses/Programmes

- Conduct concern validation studies with the respective target groups (Youth, Industry Practitioners, Subject matter experts and Staff) to authenticate/validate the - skill gap concerns

- Liaison and study the identified sectors for inputs & insights on industry practices, trends & developments, changing work dynamics new age competency requirements and skill gaps

- Analyze concerns, participant position, job tasks and target audience profile to develop the learning objectives and detailed training plans

- Plan and lead writing and publication of articles/stories/case studies of - interest and relevance- to the target group. Integration with the international learning & communication guidelines to be followed

- Develop & maintain a content bank/repository that ensures a smooth and consistent flow of articles, stories, facts & figures, role plays, case studies, etc. for programs

- Evaluate, modify and improve all designed and developed content at regular intervals in coordination with PTI international team

- Apply instructional design methodology to design & develop materials for CBT, WBT, E- learning, instructor-led and blended-learning courses for effective Youth and Staff learning

- Responsibility includes researching, designing, creating & assembling content into logical and progressive courses from entry-to-mid-to-high job levels

- Executing content initiatives for some of the content portals of the company and updating and revamping the way they are presented consistently
