Head - Counseling & Special Education

- Stays current on best practices in social and emotional learning, learning differences, and the Standards of Excellence.

- Consults with principals and staff concerning social-emotional learning needs of students.

- Provides guidance on designing social-emotional learning integration into the school.

- Creates professional development to support the social-emotional learning curriculum and instruction by using best practices, including research on learning theory and content standards.

- Creates and works collaboratively with other departments for the integration of district wide social and emotional learning education aligned with the district's strategic plan.

- Designs social and emotional learning education workshops for parents and community.

- Managing Counseling and Special Education for inclusive education across school branches in PAN India. Leading a team of psychologist and special educators, designing modules for Social and Emotional learning for children and adolescents.

- Team handling experience is mandatory

- She will handle a team of special educators and counselors

- Will have to manage 15-20 branches

- Work location would be any of the branches

- Should have at least 8 years plus experience in team management / special education/ counseling
