Head - Costing - Infrastructure Projects (10-15 yrs)
Head Of Cost
- A degree/MBA in finance related field, grants and contract cost proposal development of related experience, or combination education and experience
- Overall years of experience shall be minimum 15+ years in cost and budget management in alignment with the Design of large infrastructure related projects
- Lead the program implementation teams to review, revise, realign budgets and prepare budget modifications and/or cost extensions
- Work closely with Counterpart's estimation and Compliance teams to develop templates, conduct training for staff, and mentor Program Management teams to entrench sophisticated budgeting and pricing skills within the team
- Manage and mentor junior cost Engineers
- Provide trainings on budgeting, pricing principles and practices to staff within the new projects and Programs utilizing different formats (e.g., e-learning platforms)
- Contribute to priority projects and other projects as appropriate to improve and/or policies and procedures
- Attend and engage in regular project meetings, compliance, and program practice area meetings as relevant
Other duties as assigned:
- Senior level maturity with excellent man management skills in a team environment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet timeline.
- A self-starter with Strategic and visionary abilities to think out-of-box and take appropriate initiatives for growth and development of business activities
- Good Communication skills, coordination skills and good networking
