Head - Corporate Taxation - CA - BFS/KPO (4-10 yrs)
Job Summary :
We are looking for CA candidates with experience in Corporate taxation. Both direct and indirect taxation with strong knowledge of GST implementation. This is an Individual contributor role, the company has two branches in India and one in the US. This role is the head position and responsible for the complete India Tax and spoc for the India Taxation
Responsibilities and Duties :
a. Audit & Taxation :
- Liaison with Statutory & Income tax auditors
- Knowledge of GST, the filing of returns, submission of refund claim application
- Remittance of TDS, Advance tax
- Filing of Quarterly returns and annual returns
- ROC Compliances for LLP
- SEZ rules and filings
- Filing of GST, TDS returns.
