Head - Corporate Strategy - IIT/IIM (2-5 yrs)
Here is an opportunity to drive strategic projects and investor relations while closely working with the Founder. We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented individual with a keen understanding of the start-up Investments and M&A ecosystem.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage both buy-side and sell-side conversations for the Desk and portfolio companies.
- Strategies deals, market entry assessment, financial modeling, and business plan development
Experience & Skills:
- 2+ years of work experience in investment banking, consulting, PE/VC in a similar role
- IIT/IIM or Ivy League education with CA/CFA and other relevant certifications
- Well-structured logical thinking and exceptional communication skills
- Strong financial modeling and business strategy skills
