Job description :

Role Objective :

Responsible for defining and developing the strategies which underpin the company& CSR objectives. Conduct research, come up with ideas, develop policies, create detailed plans, build relationships with partner organizations, and then implement and coordinate a range of activities and initiatives which are designed to have a positive impact on the environment and local communities.

Ensue positive work environment with local community and villagers, establish direct line of communication. The local level initiatives should be implemented on ground in close coordination with local community.

Need to act as an internal and external representative for the company& CSR policies and projects. Responsible for raising awareness of company's commitment to CSR and generating publicity around your organizations altruistic endeavors.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and enforce a systematic approach to mapping and understanding the Group's social impacts and the stakeholders that will be affected.

- Identify NGO partners, with a focus on the girl child, who could partner BBG in its quest to enable and empower 1 Million girl children, in the states of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, by 2030.

- Establish CSR governance and ensure internal and external compliance to achieve targets.

- Developing a medium to long term sustainability strategy, including Goals and Targets.

- Collaborating with govt./ NGOs to advance the company's sustainability performance.

- Develop and contribute to an annual CSR report preparation.

- Establish a mechanism and strategy to engage employees.

- Travel to the targeted area extensively to ensure proper dole out of benefits to actual and deserving beneficiaries.

- The desired candidate should have 20 years of relevant experience.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- The desired candidate should have 20 years of relevant experience.

- Should have knowledge of Telangana's and Andhra Pradesh's social structure and should have worked in the area of - girl child- development.

- Should have Bachelor's/Master's degree in Environmental Science, Social Science, Business, Communications, or a relevant field. Post-graduation would be an added advantage.

Behavioral Skills Requirement : Extrovert, relationship building and networking skills, ability to influence, communication proficiency.

Key Interactions :

- Partnering with Govt., liaising with Govt authorities

- Alliance with key stakeholders and key personnel for smooth functioning

- Direct contact with the NGO's field force and beneficiaries

- Managing a team, having influence on internal employees

- Providing necessary documentation, Compliance, reports to the management and leadership team

- Knowledge of company& value chain and strong internal relationship

Education :

- UG: B.Sc. in Environmental science or Social Science, B.A in Communication, B.B.A/ B.M.S in Management,

PG: Any Postgraduate in Any Specialization
