Role Deliverables:

- To drive and support - License to Operate- Philosophy.

- Defining and developing the strategies which underpin the company's CSR objectives Implement and coordinate a range of activities and initiatives which are designed to have a positive impact on the environment and local communities.

- Strengthen engagement with external stakeholders like NGOs, local government bodies, local communities etc. and internally foster an environment of responsive social behavior

- Managing CSR Projects that proactively support and drives initiatives & sustainable programmes that benefits the company and the communities it serves

- Partnering with local/grass root NGO partners for effective implementation business development strategies

- Raising awareness of company's commitment to CSR and generating publicity around organization's altruistic endeavours

- Develop Projects with the right understanding of self-dependence of partner communities with a definite weaning strategy

- Preparation and Management of the CSR Budget Desired Qualification and Skills

The ideal incumbent should be a Post Graduate in Sociology/Rural Management/Mass Communication with at least 12 - 20 years of relevant experience

- Should possess good communication, advocacy, networking and inter-personal skills

- Fluency (Verbal & Written) in Tamil Language is Mandatory
