Leading Organisation Foundation is the entity proposed to be formed to deliver the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) agenda .The CSR central theme is Financial Education.

Top credit rating agency in India in terms of rating income,provides ratings in the financial sector, infrastructure sector, corporates, public finance and MSME spaces. Under its umbrella of grading services, LEADING ORG IN carries out grading of IPOs, assesses financial strength of shipyards, grades various courses of Educational institutions and provides grading services to Energy service companies, Renewable energy service companies, Real estate projects, Maritime training institutes. also provides equity grading for listed entities. also offers valuation of equity, debt instruments and market linked debentures (also with embedded complex options).

Corporate office is located in Mumbai. It has other operational offices in Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chandigarh, Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kolkata, New Delhi and Pune, Mauritius and Nepal. It employs about 800 employees.

Recorded an operating revenue of Rs. 332 cr and a Profit after Tax of Rs. 162 cr, on a consolidated basis for the year ended March 31, 2018.

Role:

The Head - CSR will help refine and drive's CSR strategy and execution in India, across locations.

- He /she will drive Social Value Creation through initiatives aimed at strategic objectives, with measurable social impact.

- The role offers scope for the right incumbent to grow personally and professionally in line with the growth of the in Org Foundation.

Requirements

Education: A Graduation degree in any discipline. Higher education (including a relevant Master's degree such as Master of Social Work) is desirable, but not essential.

Experience: At least 5 years, with strong exposure to the social sector, in NGO or in corporate role dealing with CSR. Understanding of Credit Rating / Financial Services Business will carry weight age.
