Head - Corporate & Sales HR - Pharma (10-20 yrs)
At present, We are Having An Urgent Opening As Head - Corporate HR & Sales HR For A Reputed Company Into Pharmaceuticals Based At Mumbai Location.
The company is an integrated pharmaceutical company operating in the domestic and international markets in the Branded Formulations, Global Generics, Synthetic and Fermentation APIs space. The company is a research based pharmaceutical company, producing a wide range of quality, affordable medicines.

Reports To: CHRO
Purpose of the Role:
1. To build a performance culture, a strong talent pipeline and enable a happy workplace.
2. To partner with Business to facilitate right talent acquisition, engagement, development and retention in alignment with business needs.
Key Role & Responsibilities
Corporate HR Role- This is an organization level responsibility
Performance Management:
- Building a culture of performance
- Responsible for the implementation of the various stages of the performance cycle like goal setting, performance reviews, year end appraisals and increment rollouts
Talent Management: Driving the talent process - talent identification, succession planning and talent development.
Learning & Organisation Development:
- Design the annual capability plans
- Deliver the capability plan through multiple medium namely e-learning platform, webinars, classroom trainings, self learning etc
- Partner with Group in driving Leadership Development Programs and other group interventions
- Support on any ongoing organizational intervention
Employee Engagement:
- Drive the Happiness Council agenda
- Drive the employee engagement agenda for the organization and enhance the moments of joy at work
- Derive insights based on employee engagement survey and support HRBPs in action planning
- Diversty& Inclusion - Drive the D&I agenda which includes diversity hiring and building an enabling ecosystem and culture within the organization.
- Driving the 360 degree feedback process
- Ensure HRMS SAP Success Factors deployment, adoption and liaison with Central Group HR digital team for modules like PM/GM, Calibration, 9-box, RCM, LMS, 360
Sales Business HR Role- This is responsibility to the Sales function
- Business partnering to improve salesforce productivity.
- Ensure people are engaged and happy
- Ensure effective support to business to ensure a 100% manning in field
- Smooth handling of all IR issues in field.
- Successful Implementation of Assessment & Development Centers.
- Effective implementation of all Corporate HR processes for Sales team.
- Compliance on Sales Team Discipline, Legal Matters & HR Operations.
- Execution of all Rewards & Recognition Initiatives.
