Head - Corporate Sales - Gifting Business (5-12 yrs)
- Responsible for the Market Development, Business Expansion and Growth for the Division.
- Executing tie-ups with Top Corporates across Industries and PSUs for Gift cards.
- Identifying prospective clients, generating business from new & existing accounts and develop them to achieve business profitability.
- Negotiating deals with vendors across locations.
- Leading, training & monitoring the performance of the team members to ensure efficiency in sales operations and meeting of individual & group targets.
- Track the sales process through monthly forecast submissions for assigned accounts
- Building relationship with corporate to generate business through promotion and sales of Corporate gifting products.
- Customer focused approach in resolving issues and delivering overall service standards
- Candidate profile An effective communicator with good inter-personal, presentation and negotiation skills with abilities in forging business partnership clients and achieving targets
