Job Purpose:

This is a key role to bring in focus in the Public Sector Entities and pave inroads for Corporate Salary empanelment in this segment. Will be responsible for building synergy across locations and stakeholders, strengthen existing relationships through drive and campaigns. This role will be responsible for driving the business at a PAN India Level .

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Will be responsible for making inroads and enhance wallet share in these relationships

- This role will also have to collaborate with multiple stakeholders like the Government Banking Team, Asset Team, Debit Card Team, Product Team, Procurement to put in place product offerings and features which is attractive to the respective segment.

- Review the Acquisition Model. Draw out appropriate business models in consultation with business units to achieve annual targets Drive and facilitate new corporate acquisition by identifying new opportunities for business growth - top segments and corporate databases

- Drive and facilitate new acquisition - number and value targets - by focusing on account activation, salary activation, quality of corporate / accounts sourced and sharing of business insights and success stories .

- Ensure that all the policies and procedures issued in relation to products / KYC / AML policy is disseminated to the channels Review and monitoring key acquisition parameters - corporate sourced, no. of new accounts, salary activation and deal size, ATS, productivity Drive Acquisition Campaigns / Contests / Promotions Activities in PSU Relationships
